By using FLOPTIMIZE, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

FLOPTIMIZE provides AI-powered audio analysis, mix feedback, and mastering recommendations for FL Studio producers. The AI advice is for informational purposes — results are suggestions, not guarantees of commercial success.

3. Account

• You must be 13 or older to use FLOPTIMIZE
• You are responsible for your account security
• One account per person; do not share accounts

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• Cancel anytime — you retain access until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are at our discretion; contact support within 7 days of a charge for disputes
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable use

You may not use FLOPTIMIZE to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the API
• Resell or redistribute AI outputs as your own professional service without disclosure

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the audio files and screenshots you upload. FLOPTIMIZE retains rights to the platform, code, and AI system prompts.

7. Disclaimer

FLOPTIMIZE is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes for your music career. AI analysis is a tool, not a replacement for human expertise.
