1. What we collect

When you use FLOPTIMIZE, we collect:

• Account information (email, name) via Supabase Auth
• Audio files and screenshots you upload for analysis (processed and discarded — not stored permanently)
• Hardware profile data you voluntarily save
• Usage data (analysis counts, plan status) for quota enforcement
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never see your card details)

2. How we use your data

• To provide AI analysis powered by Google Gemini
• To personalize advice based on your saved hardware profile
• To enforce usage quotas and manage subscriptions
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties
• We do NOT use your audio content to train AI models

3. Data retention

Analysis results are stored for 90 days for free users and indefinitely for paid plans. Audio files are processed in memory and not stored on our servers. You can delete your analysis history at any time from the dashboard.

4. Third-party services
